Wanted Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of the organization and contributing to its long-term success.

Responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Developing and implementing financial strategies and policies to ensure efficient resource allocation and effective cost management.
• Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Managing the budget process, including developing budget guidelines, monitoring budget performance, and providing variance analysis.
• Leading and mentoring a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements.
• Managing relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Providing financial analysis and support to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Implementing and maintaining robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Staying abreast of current trends and developments in the finance industry.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
